WWW Wednesday: I only read 3 books last week? 😬

Hello Everyone,

It’s time for another WWW Wednesday! I’m shocked by how little I read last week but then it’s almost Thanksgiving so maybe not so surprising. Stress and family make a huge difference in how much reading I get done apparently. Who knew? 🤔

What am I currently reading:

I’m really trying to get back into the reading groove! Hopefully these lovelies will help!

What did I receive finish reading?

Apparently not much read this week! Two five star books and the inside ring I dnf’d sadly. Political thrillers aren’t much my thing, though some are awesome this just didn’t work for me.

What will I read next?:

I’m hoping for a lot of arcs/series catch up!

I sincerely hope to read more this week but thanks to it being Thanksgiving I doubt I’ll manage much at all. I will have a lot more to do with it being the holidays.

A special note from Pass Me That Book…I hope everyone reading this has a happy Thanksgiving, or any other holiday that you celebrate during this time. I hope all of you get a good meal and a safe place to sleep. Please stay safe out there, y’all. Happy reading and I won’t be back on until December.

Happy holidays!

WWW Wednesday: Not Much Read

Hello Everyone,

I haven’t read a whole lot as I got busy again with RealLife getting in the way but I still managed a few. One of which I don’t have a picture of unfortunately so ignoring that one.

What did I Read?:

My favorite out of all these was Idyll Threats surprisingly enough! I’ve already requested books two and three at the library. A murder mystery set in a small town where the MC is a sheriff that’s secretly gay. Delightful! The rest were all equally good, though some I liked better than others. Some reviews coming soon!

What Am I Currently Reading?:

I’m still working on my buddy read of Jasmine Throne, and I’m about 15% in. Really liking it. Hope to knock out the other two today, Black Water Sister being an Netgalley Arc.

What Am I Reading Next?:

She Who Became the Sun-library physical book

Cemetery Boys-Netgalley Arc

The Strange Case of the Alchemist Daughter-library physical copy

Jade Fire Gold-waiting for hold at library

A Dark and Hollow Star-library ebook

Priory of the Orange Tree-owned ebook

The Sisters of the Winter Wood-owned physical arc

The Library of Fates-owned physical book

Never Die-Owned ebook

The Goblin Emperor-waiting for hold copy at library

I hope to get all these read, though Priory is a beast of a book and let’s not forget that I’m reading something exciting for Halloween:

I think I’m definitely nervous reading this but also hugely excited. It’s fitting for Halloween too, isn’t it? Happy Halloween everyone and hope your reading goes well!

Until next time,

Fifty book reviews behind, egads, how did it get this bad?! I blame December, I slacked off quite a bit, and I suffered three family deaths back to back, so it’s reasonably understandable why I suddenly really didn’t feel like reading much of anything. I hope to get all these posted within the months of Jan./Feb./Mar., and get rid of all the arcs on my Netgalley lists ASAP, because they’ve been lingering for ages. The shame! The horror!

Aside from that, it’s been productive. I’m working on writing my own books and I have plenty of other projects going on at the same time as well, such as many short stories, learning graphic design, and enduring the upcoming cold weather that’s about to hit the house again. I hope to do more updates like this daily, and keep track of all the ARCs and books that I’m reading. If you like it, let me know in the comments please!
