WWW Wednesdays:

Hosted by: Taking on a World of Words
(formerly hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading)
Description: WWW Wednesday is a weekly event where you share (1) What you’re currently reading, (2) What you recently finished reading, and (3) What you think you’ll read next.

*Notes: I’m aware it’s not Wednesday. I’m catching up on blog posts. I got a bit behind thanks to travel plans. I’m traveling from Springfield MO to Kansas City to St Louis to Kentucky…it’s a lot of traveling, so I probably won’t update as much as I can, it all depends on the wifi that’s available!

Currently Reading:

An Untimely Frost

An Untimeley Frost by Penny Richards-TW for spousal abuse, rape, and the men of this time period treated women abysmally so keep in mind that you will rage at several moments throughout this book. It’s a bit heavy topics at time, but the mystery as well as the writing is good, and Lily is an exceptional character. I’m about halfway through, and I’m rather enjoying this, despite the heavy topics within.

Recently Finished:

I honestly don’t remember what I read before this. I know I started two books on my kindle but DNF’d them because they were totally not what I was wanting at the moment. Both dark fantasies that were clearly barely edited. Some errors, I don’t mind, but when it’s a smothering of errors, I definitely mind.

Reading Next:

I’ll definitely be going onto the next Penny Richards novel. I’m also going to be reading a few arcs.

And that’s up next on my tbr pile. I’m hoping to knock these out as I travel, and I’m also hoping to get through several more arcs as well. What are y’all reading? Let me know in the comments! Anything here you think I should prioritize?

Until next time,

I am currently accepting ARCs in the genres: Science Fiction, YA, Fantasy, Romance, Historical, and Mystery. I am open for anything, though religious based books are generally not something that I would read, unless a friend/someone I know asks me to. Feel free to email me for questions!
